On May 21st, Vietnam Maritime University welcomed the Delegation of lectures and students from California State University Maritime Academy, led by Prof. Dr. Chisholm Julianne Kaui.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Son - Standing Vice President of Vietnam Maritime University, highlighted the University’s strengths in maritime, engineering, and logistics, with over 20,000 students, and emphasized nearly 20 years of partnership with California State University Maritime Academy through student exchanges and joint programs.
Prof. Dr. Chisholm thanked Vietnam Maritime University for the warm welcome and shared the academic plan of California State University Maritime Academy, with a stronger focus on logistics in joint programs like GMA and IBL.

During the visit, the Delegation participated in cultural and sports exchanges and visited logistics and shipping companies in Hai Phong, strengthening ties and mutual understanding.
