On May 21st, 2014 , Ass.Prof.Dr. Luong Cong Nho - Rector of VIMARU had a meeting with delegates of Niigata Prefecture ( Japan) who are directors, presidents , CEOs of companies , corporations , representatives of the largest University in Niigata, led by Mr. Kunio Mori- Vice governor of Niigata Prefecture.
Their visit to Hai Phong from May 20 to 2, aims to further strengthen the comprehensive cooperation between Niigata Prefecture and Hai Phong city,especially in fields of agriculture, fisheries , football , media , higher education, funded Hai Phong students to Niigata Prefecture.
At the meeting, Ass.Prof.Dr. Luong Cong Nho- President of VMU expressed his warm welcome to Niigata Prefecture’s representatives and expected to cooperate on consulation, equipment , lectures and documentation for Foreign Language Center of Vietnam Maritime University which has been training courses in Japanese.
On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Kunio Mori thanked for respectfully welcome by the university and hoped to strengthen collaborative relationships in the comingtime.
